Music has always been a lifeline for me. Not the kind you nod politely to while pretending to be productive, but the songs that hit you in a spot you didn’t even know existed. The ones that make you pause mid-scroll, reflect, or just… breathe. Over the years, I realized something: there’s no shortage of music coverage online—but Christian artists rarely get the thoughtful attention they deserve. Especially the indie voices, the ones taking risks at the edges of worship, faith, and sound—basically, the cool kids no one’s interviewing.

I started MusicAnchor because I wanted to fix that. I wanted a place where Christian music could be taken seriously—not just as background for Sunday morning or a slightly awkward church talent show—but as art.

This blog is my attempt to fill that gap. I’ll be sharing everything from album reviews to artist interviews, industry news to lyric deep dives. Basically, I want to shine a spotlight on the voices that are actually shaping Christian music right now—not just the ones topping the charts, or the ones your pastor mentioned in passing.

At its core, MusicAnchor is about connection—connecting listeners to music that matters, and artists to an audience that actually wants to engage with their work. And yeah, it might get messy, it might get opinionated, and I might occasionally geek out way too hard over a track. But that’s the point.
